Request deletion of your Nouravo data
This section is specifically for deletion requests. Email us and tell us which data you want removed.

What you can request
- Account and profile data, including your email address and login record.
- App usage, meal, calorie, macro and tracking data.
- Body, goal and everyday settings stored in Nouravo.
- Pantry, barcode, favourite, feedback and coach data linked to you.
- Support communication unless we must retain it by law.
How long it takes
We act without undue delay and respond within one month of receiving your request. For a particularly complex request, the GDPR allows an extension of up to two further months. We will tell you within the first month if an extension is needed.
What to include
Include the email address used for Nouravo and describe the data you want deleted. We may request reasonable proof that the request belongs to the account.
