Weekly calorie calculator
A weekly view can make irregular schedules easier to manage without turning the next day into a punishment.

Enter your values. Inputs never leave your browser.
How the weekly range works
Seven daily target values form the weekly budget. Enter one planned or completed day and the calculator divides the remaining amount across six days.
This is arithmetic, not a requirement to compensate. A very high or low result may indicate that the original plan is too rigid.
Avoid aggressive compensation
Skipping meals after a higher day can increase hunger and make the week harder. Returning to a normal structure is often more useful than forcing the numbers to balance immediately.
Look at several weeks rather than judging a single celebration, shift or restaurant meal.
Use ranges, not promises
Calorie needs and intake are estimates. The weekly view helps with planning, but it cannot predict exact weight change.
If tracking intensifies guilt or restrictive behaviour, pause and seek appropriate support.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to hit the weekly total exactly?
No. It is an orientation tool, and both calorie needs and entries contain uncertainty.
Should I eat less after a restaurant meal?
Not automatically. Returning to regular meals is often the calmer and more sustainable response.
Is the weekly plan saved?
No. It remains in the browser until the page is reloaded.
